Gifts made by cash or check are the most common and will allow us to address the immediate needs to build the technical college, however, we will gratefully accept gifts in various forms, including those described below:
Setting up automatic withdrawal from your bank account is an easy and convenient way to make initial gifts and recurring payments.
A matching gift program provided through your employer or board membership may allow you to increase the value of your gift. Many companies match charitable gifts made by their employees, retirees or board members.
Tangible personal property and services such as construction, furniture, fixtures and equipment are eligible as donations to the campaign. Gifts related to the “charitable purpose” of the school may be eligible for a deduction of their fair market value.
Donors can make initial gifts and set up recurring payments with either credit or debit cards. Please contact the Southern Boone school office to complete this process.
Includes Stocks, Bonds and Mutual Funds including retirement accounts. Charitable gifts of stocks, bonds or mutual funds held for at least a year and have appreciated offer special tax advantages. Giving from retirement accounts may have additional tax benefits.
You may make a planned gift via bequests by will or living trust, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Charitable Gift Annuities, Charitable Lead Trusts, beneficiary benefits from IRAs, pensions or financial accounts.
It’s easy to make a gift through your donor-advised fund (DAF). Please visit with your qualified professional to learn more about the steps for doing so.
You may contribute to the campaign by making the technical school the owner and beneficiary of your insurance policy.

We will rely heavily upon the generosity of businesses, industry partners and community members. Please consider stretching your pledge over the three-year pledge period to maximize the total amount of your support.
Our building needs are immediate. We respectfully ask you, if possible, to consider a 10 to 20 percent initial investment on your commitment. Make gifts to Ashland Optimist Foundation/Eagle Foundation.
