LPA Draft Report

The Institute for Tomorrow's Workforce has submitted these documents to the Iowa Department of Management and Pay for Performance Commission to fulfill the obligations outlined in the 28E agreement (July, 2006) "to study and design a new teacher compensation system, with a pay for performance compnent, based on student achievement gains and global content standards where student achievement gains cannot be easily measured," as outlined by HF 2792 and Executive Order #48.

The detailed report from Learning Point Associates and ITW annual report will provide the Pay for Performance Commission with these reports and information to finalize its recommendations to the Iowa Legislature on January 15 (http://www.dom.state.ia.us/pfp_commission/index.html).
